bpexh reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a copy of a government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC) and proof of payment method ownership — at any time. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active bpexh account. In the event bpexh identifies duplicate accounts held by the same individual — whether through the same device, mobile number, payment method, residential address, or IP address — bpexh may, at its sole discretion, merge all accounts into one, void all bonuses received across duplicate accounts, and permanently close any secondary accounts. Winnings generated through a secondary account may be confiscated in their entirety.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bpexh login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. bpexh strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. You must notify bpexh immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bpexh accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all personal information stored in your bpexh account — including your registered mobile number, identity details, and payment method information — remains accurate and current. bpexh will use the information in your account to verify your identity and process withdrawals. Inaccurate account information may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending verification.
All bpexh accounts for Pakistani Players are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. bpexh does not conduct currency conversion for Pakistani accounts, and there are no hidden exchange fees applied to PKR transactions.
bpexh accepts deposits from Pakistani Players via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and USDT (TRC20). bpexh reserves the right to request verification of any payment method prior to processing a withdrawal from funds deposited via that method. Only payment methods registered in the Player's own name will be accepted. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is in a name other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests on bpexh are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers typically complete within 1 to 4 business hours.
bpexh reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks — including full KYC documentation — before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of such checks. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal suspension and, ultimately, account closure.
Standard accounts on bpexh are subject to withdrawal limits as published in the account settings section. VIP-tier accounts may be eligible for elevated or removed withdrawal limits as part of the bpexh VIP programme. bpexh reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits at any time with notice to affected Players.
bpexh is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and the requirements of our gaming license. We monitor all transactions for suspicious activity. Any deposits or withdrawals that bpexh determines, in its reasonable opinion, to be connected with unlawful activity may be frozen, reported to relevant authorities, and refused. bpexh cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies as required by applicable law.
A bet placed on bpexh is not binding until confirmed and accepted by the bpexh system. Confirmation is displayed in your account's bet history upon acceptance. bpexh reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any bet at any time before confirmation, without obligation to provide a reason. This includes situations where bpexh has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting patterns, errors in published odds, or attempts to exploit system errors.
Live in-play betting on bpexh — including ball-by-ball cricket betting on PSL and Pakistan international matches — is subject to brief delays between user action and bet confirmation. bpexh does not guarantee that live odds will remain at the displayed price at the time of submission. Where odds change between submission and confirmation, you will be notified and given the opportunity to accept the revised odds or cancel the bet.
Where a bet has been accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — including but not limited to pricing errors, data feed failures, or typographical errors — bpexh reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your account. The determination of whether an error has occurred rests at the reasonable discretion of bpexh's trading team.
Bets may be voided for reasons including but not limited to: event cancellation, incorrect event listing, abandonment of a sporting event before completion, or technical failure. Voided bets return the original stake to the Player's account in full. Winnings from subsequent legs of accumulator bets involving a voided selection will be recalculated accordingly.
Minimum and maximum bet sizes on bpexh vary by sport, market, and event. Published limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. bpexh reserves the right to impose individual account-level betting limits at any time, particularly where patterns of professional betting or systematic exploitation are detected.

All bonuses credited to a bpexh account are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms. Until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. bpexh reserves the right to withhold or void bonus funds where it determines that the bonus has been claimed in a manner inconsistent with the intent of the promotion.
The standard wagering requirement applicable to most bpexh bonuses is between 20x and 40x the bonus amount, unless a different figure is specified in the applicable promotion's terms. Wagers placed on certain game types — including but not limited to baccarat Tie bets, certain live table side bets, and progressive jackpot slots — may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements. bpexh employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses across duplicate accounts, strategically betting on all outcomes of a single event to guarantee profit regardless of result (known as "arbing" the bonus), and using betting patterns specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements without legitimate gaming intent. Where bonus abuse is identified, bpexh reserves the right to void all bonus funds, confiscate associated winnings, and close the offending account without further notice.
All bonuses on bpexh carry an expiry period, which will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain un-wagered after the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Player's account. It is the Player's responsibility to review the expiry terms of each individual promotion at the time of claiming.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bpexh. Breach of any prohibition in this section will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and — where applicable — referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities:

bpexh provides session time reminder tools that alert Players when they have been active for a specified duration. Players are encouraged to set session reminders as part of a healthy gaming routine. Session time limits, once set, cannot be increased during the active session.

In all cases where bpexh's liability is not entirely excluded, bpexh's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your bpexh account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bpexh reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bpexh reasonably determines that:
You may close your bpexh account at any time by contacting bpexh support. Before an account is closed at a Player's request, bpexh will process any pending withdrawals of real-money funds not subject to active wagering requirements. Any outstanding bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Upon termination of your bpexh account for any reason, all access to the platform will be revoked, any active betting positions may be settled in accordance with the relevant rules, and any funds owed to you after the application of these Terms will be returned via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.
